We use the top quality raw materials for our products. We work on 100% Cotton, Cotton-Polyester, Cotton-Spandex, Polyester-Spandex, Cotton-Viscose, 100% Viscose, Polyester-Viscose, Viscose-Spandex, Cotton-Modal-Spandex, Acrylic, Bamboo, Bamboo / Spandex, etc.
We work on knit structures like Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Waffle, French Terry, Fleece, Airtex, Thick Pique, Jacquard, Velour, Terry, Polar Fleece, Ottoman Rib and all 4 track designs.
We do special finishes using enzyme wash, silicone wash, stone wash, flame retardant finish, anti-microbial finish, fragrance finish, moisture wicking finish, UV protection and sun blocker up to 100 PPF.
We also do Organic cotton, Micro polar fleece, Embossed fleece, Mercerised cotton, Double mercersied cotton products.
Our Quality team inspects the manufacturing process from the start to end, that is, from the yarn to the final garment. Before dying, we make lab dips as per color specifications given to us, which are then approved by the customer. We then send the grey fabric lot to specialized automated dyeing house for uniform and best quality dyeing and fabric finishing. We make samples before starting the production and send these pre-production samples to the customer for approval. After customer’s approval and feedback, we send the order to production.
